Who are the only people in USA who do NOT get in trobule for violating FEDERAL laws??

People in public education. The special education in public schools is mandated by IDEA law, which is federal.
SO MANY people in schools are CORRUPT with special ed and they don't get in trouble at all! They just keep right on hurting these special children.

If they had to pay fines or go to PRISON like everyone else in the USA had to, maybe some of their crap would stop.
