Need legal advice! How would I or my family become the guardian of my 15/16 year old Girlfriend? Valid Reason

Greetings friends! I am a recently turned 19 year old male from California who is dating a 15 soon to be 16 year old girl living in Washington state. She is very mature and bright for her age, so it is not a hebephilic relationship of any sort.

On to the problem: My girlfriend comes from a very very crappy family life. Her family is emotionally abusive, fail at taking care of her (no insurance, poorly fed, clothes are stolen). And, worse of all, she has only had THREE YEARS of schooling. Somehow she has fallen under the radar of the CPS system.
She is far too bright to be forced to spend the next 2 years of her life in an abusive situation where she isn't getting an education, and it would be unquestionably better to get her out. I am willing to assume guardianship of her, and I am sure my parents (both teachers) are willing to, too. How would we go about doing this without risking the state putting her in Foster Care, which would be disastrous for both her and our relationship

Anyone trying to prevent you from being together is committing a violent act of aggression and should be responded to accordingly. Look into emancipation for WA state, if there's no legal way than ****** society and the law, live outside it and be free. The masses have no right to inflict their will on you. vive le hebephilia. fight and resist!!

Why has she not been to school? Her choice or her crappy family!? Are they making her work or do something worse to earn a living?
You sir, are really not in a position to adopt her. Maybe your parents could, but are they willing to take the responsibility that comes with adoption? Do they really know her circumstances, and would be willing to go to Court with the proof of her abuse etc? I have a feeling there is more to this story, and one thing that strikes me is, your admission that she is your girlfriend, whether it's platonic or not!! She is still a minor. How are you going to get her out of Washington State down to California? You take her, without BOTH Court's sanction, out of WA, then that would be considered kidnapping, even if she went willingly!! You would be also putting your parents in jeopardy by taking her to THEIR home. which, I am assuming, is where YOU live too! If you want to do this legally, find an attorney who would take the case, and your be willing to fork out the fees, cos it won't be cheap, believe me! The girl, if she feels she has been abused, and prevented from attending school, SHE is the one to start the ball rolling. Social Services will be only to glad to get her out of that situation, and place her, yes! in a foster home! It couldn't be any worse than what she has to put up with now! Once she is foster care, going to school, and behaving herself, maybe then, you can make enquiries about adoption. But, to be perfectly honest with you, take a step back, and a large breath, and weigh what adopting this girl might bring to your future! Is she going to be the love of your life? YOU yourself, even at the ripe old age of 19, have a lot of living and learning to do. Things change, people change, and love comes and goes. Think this situation over very carefully, before you jump out of the frying pan into the fire. You could get burnt! Good luck, and God Bless you for caring for another human being!
