became ill during the first year of a degree and although i'm on a years suspension of studies in the eyes of the DWP i'm still a registered student therefore unable to claim any sickness benefit until I recovered from my illness. As I am a sole provider for my 17 year old daughter who has stayed on in sixth form education the only benefits I have been in receipt of are CTC and CB and up until recently I had to pay full rent as well as all the bills and as you can imagine I have struggled to keep up the rent payments but I am due a lump sum of student finance in September. Do you think the courts will take that into consideration that I will be able to pay the arrears off in full then and not rule that we be thrown out of our home. It is rented from a housing association and I have had no history of bad payments and will I need a solicitor to go to the county courts with me on August 11. In UK btw
