Should the US have a drinking license for those ages 18-20? |
John McCardell, the former president of Middlebury, is advocating that 18 year olds can drink as long as they have a drinking license. After all, drinking tends to be the worst problem among those of lower income and less education. What do you guys think? I say raise the drinking age to 25 |
