Should the US have a drinking license for those ages 18-20?

John McCardell, the former president of Middlebury, is advocating that 18 year olds can drink as long as they have a drinking license. After all, drinking tends to be the worst problem among those of lower income and less education. What do you guys think?

I say raise the drinking age to 25

You are wrong..drinking problems are not related to lower income or lower education (snob) rich , well educated people have the exact same problems as everyone else with alcohol

You can't be too well educated if you did not know that fact.
