Attorney help?

i was kicked out of lpn school because the teacher didnt like me. well she said i was late returning from a break. Im now going to get an attorney, but i dont know how to have him plead my case, on what grounds? what I feel is im being denied the right to education because of the teachers personal reasons.

ive tried the eeoc and human rights commission they caint help.

caint go in front of the board, in my small town the head nurse is the board and her best friend.

There must be more to this story??? I've never heard of anyone being kicked out of a school for returning late from a break.

If you're going to hire an attorney he'll know how to plead your case.
How did you get in LPN school with poor spelling? i.e. "caint".
