The international letter of human rights says:
Article three: 鈥淎ll humans have right to live and to be safe鈥?br>
Article five: 鈥淣obody will be undergone neither a torture nor cruel, inhuman or degrading treatments.

Article seven: 鈥淎ll human beings are the same towards the law and have, without exceptions, right to be protected by it. All have the right to not be discriminated under any circumstance鈥?br>
Article eleven: 鈥淎ll human beings accused of a crime have the right to be supposed their innocence whilst their guilt have not be found out, accordingly to the law in a public court which guarantees all the conditions required to defend them鈥?br>
Article twenty six: 鈥淎ll human beings have the right to receive education...鈥?br> Article twenty six: point two; 鈥淓ducation will have as a subject to develop the human personality...

Not sure which letter you are referring to. However....

5) Nobody will be forced to undergo torture, nor cruel,....
7) are equal under the law and have, w/o exception, rights protected by it.....
11) right to presumption of innocence until proven guilty...
26) bueno
26.2) Education curriculum will include development of the human personality.

Remember I'm working from what you wrote, not the actual letter. I'm really unsure about 26.2 is the subject chosen for the purpose of developing personality (like ethics or psychology) or is the subject actually the study of how personality is developed?
