Protesting the board of education?

okay i sent home to today and given three days out ISS i believe my punishment is unjust for one reason my teacher heard the guy call me lude sexual names he called me a bobble head{meaning i give oral sex} so my friend had his phone and i took it and he had a text coming through so i sent one back which something equally lude and he went in my purse and took my phone so i got up saying duce give me my phone back and he said no and took off running so finally when he stopped i slightly tapped him and said give me my phone back and he throw me over the desk and i feel on my tail bone so thats everything that happen and i'm just surprised that i was given this punishment he had already been giving four days of iss and they didn't assign any new days to him and the school board is giving me the run around what should i do

Stop playing around in class

I think you should study grammar during your time in ISS. Other than this, accept your punishment for what you did. He may have started it, but you retaliated, which is just as guilty.
