Since the kids spend so much time at school, why are the parents responsible for education in total?

the kids spend until 8 hours at school..

they must sleep 9-10 hours..this means 17 hours...it remains..7 hours..2 hours are lost with the way to school by car..and the preparinmgs..dressings taking shower etc..it remains 5 hours..this five hours....2 hours..they spent taking supper..etc..home or outside 2-5 hours they spent doing homeworks..this means a day of 27 hours..and still there is no time for play when they are 10..actually..no time to see friends..and no time for education coming from parents..especially that part of time parents are at work..cos here the women Must work also..as the past comunism and the fight for emancipation introduced this habit..or obligation..

so..when when am i suppose to give education?but school who has 8 hours even daily of education..what does it do at school?they learn names of mountains or what?..actually a mother has no time to caress the kid at least and she does it when the kid is already aslept..
