The facts about?

the parents move permanently their 22 years old son to friends at apartments for further education and job?

Wow, this didn't seem to translate well. If the person is 22 they are on their own.

Under the law, the 22 year old son is a free agent,
and can go where he pleases.
Under parental authority, they tell you what to do
until you stop doing as they say.
In some cultures, they rule you forever.
If you've got no job, better obey them.
How would you live?
