Can colleges offer degrees for jobs you don't need a degree for? |
I took a semester at Baker college to get a degree as a pharmacist technician. After one semester I found out that all you need to be a pharmacist technician is a high school diploma. I got a job as a pharmacist tecnician and didn't return back to Baker. Now I have to pay back $4,000 for my education which was useless. Think about it. Would you pay money to get a job as a hamburger flipper at McDonald's? Of course not, but since I didn't know that you didn't need a degree I have to pay back $4,000. I feel violated. Why did you agree to take an education in a field where you didn't need one? |
