Distributions after death of grantor?

bene under the age of 40, management until said bene attains age of 40 trustee may distribute to said bene or apply for said bene's benefit so much of the income and principal of the trust estate at such time or times in such amounts and manner as the trustee in its sole discretion shall determine necessary to provide such bene with expenses of health education support or mainenance. any income which the trustee shall decide to distribute shall be accumulated as income or may be added to the principal of the trust as the trustee shall deem best.

b) when the respective bene hereunder shalll attain (or has upon the date he or she is to recieve proceeds from her trust) each of the following ages the trustee shall distribute to such bene the following percentages of that bene trust principal then remaining: age 40 100% ... until the time of distibution the trustee shall also pay to such bene so much of the principal of the trust estate as the trustee in its sole discretion ......

shall determine necessary to provide bene with expenses of health education support or maintenance. If the grantor dies before I am 40, will i have to ask the trustee for money, will there be some kind of automatic distribution, is there some standard to go on? this document seems to be all up to the trustee's discretion. what if the trustee has a personal issue with me? Not that he does ( I am just wondering what is the standard here. can i ask for money and get turned down unless i have cancer and am living on the street or once the grantor dies do the trustees give something. this document is totally up to the trustee and it has me a bit worried. is it a standard 7% of the principal paid out to the beneficiary. I am not doing well financially and the Grantor is about to pass away. Is it as easy as asking for what I need or is it something that I have to prove my need and the trustee has to look at all my financial records and consider every penny that comes out?
