Should, Education Bradford, Be Jailed For Contemt Of Court? |
When a Juge ruled that teacher, Judi Sunderland, accused of assaulting a teenage lout she was attempting to restrain, had the case dismissed, and was told she could leave the court without a stain or blemish on her character, Education Bradford had no choice but to reinstate her. Disgraceful- a perfect illustration of the Ideologically Socialist politicisation of education. This was the case in which the CPS offered no evidence and the case against her was dismissed. I understand there was an internal enquiry but the results of this have not been made known, as far as I am aware. |
