Should, Education Bradford, Be Jailed For Contemt Of Court?

When a Juge ruled that teacher, Judi Sunderland, accused of assaulting a teenage lout she was attempting to restrain, had the case dismissed, and was told she could leave the court without a stain or blemish on her character, Education Bradford had no choice but to reinstate her.

However, Education Bradford, obviously peeved that their prosecution had failed have decided that despite the Judge's ruling, Judi Sunderland must be punished, for as far as they were concerned, she had assaulted a pupil.

They took their revenge with a malicious ban on Mrs Sunderland chaperoning her own grandchildren to and from school to their work as child actors.

With complete contempt of the court ruling, or Mrs Sundrland's
rights, as granted under the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, this bunch of spiteful beaurocrats are acting not only disgracefully, but unlawfully too.

Disgraceful- a perfect illustration of the Ideologically Socialist politicisation of education.
If she was found innocent by a court- she should be fully reinstated.
If the facts you opint out are correct, I strongly suggest she seek legal advice for an illegal wrongful dismissal.
And I would strongly suggest she should vote for BNP- a party which would protect the victim rather than the perpetrator.
I know I will be- and proudly.

This was the case in which the CPS offered no evidence and the case against her was dismissed. I understand there was an internal enquiry but the results of this have not been made known, as far as I am aware.
The simple answer to your question is that Education Bradford are not in breach of any court order (even if what you say is accurate) and therefore cannot be held to be in contempt.
Anticipating your response; imposing disciplinary sanctions as an employer is not unlawful where there has been an acquittal in a criminal court for the same activity. Diferrent standards of proof apply and the employer and courts are dealing with separate issues (i.e. criminal conduct vs beach of employment terms).
Education Bradford as employer are not in a position to dictate or rule whether this lady is entited to accompany her grandchilden (or indeed, anyone elses' children) anywhere outside premises owned by EB. It is purely a matter for their parents.
To that extent, if they have imposed such a ban, they are acting Ultra Vires (or in English, in excess of their lawful authority).
The Human Rights Act doesn't come into it - which should be a surprise to the Daily Mail 'readers' out there.
