I am Looking at different options for a career in special education helping the mentaly challenged / disabled childering in school . Becoming A Attorney for special education has crossed my mind as well as others but does anybody know where i can recieve more information on Doing so & what schools would be good for me to attend in order to earn a degree in special education law. i am from mass any schools would be good but if you can lean more towards NY. MASS. CT . RI & other nearby states please let me know . To the first reply . It is not to ruin your rules & disipline codes. but there are teachers who dont follow I.E.Ps & Childerens Particular needs. I have been through this as a teen for 4 years . Look From the child & parents point of View . rules are for normal childeren not those with severe disabilities like social emotional autistic down syndrome etc To actually answer your question, you are in the right state to learn about specialized law. You need to go to Harvard Law School. I asked a teacher, at dinner, if she ever thought about lawsuits by students. She said, every minute, at work. |
