DWI Education Class Question? |
My boyfriend got a DWI, in Eastland, TX, about 2 or 3 years ago. He was suppose to take the DWI Education Class within 180 days or his license would be suspended for 1 year. But they said "if you don't take the class in 180 days after you were put on probation, then your license will be suspended for 1 year" Sorry but that will be strictly up to the court. Since he was ordered to attend the classes, his driving privileges are now and probably have been suspended and he's driving illegally! |
