Do you find there is prejudice in education reform? If so, against who?

I'm trying to find prejudice within the education system, but have come to a standstill. I know there is prejudice with education reform, but I'm not seeing it. any help would be appreciated.

At the extreme risk of being called a racist (again), I suggest you try looking up birth of Ebonics. That topic should open many doors for you in your quest. Good luck.

There's always prejudice in everything... It's just the way the world works, even if it is unjust...
It would be utopia if there wasn't.
