LeGaL dRaMa PLEASE help my education's on the line /:?

my dad kicked me out over the winter break on my 17th birthday.. well that's cool, then school started back up Monday.


he's saying he wants nothing to do with me and won't sign my transfer papers to my new school.. oh and my mom lives in the UK.. the school says i have to have an adult. what can i do?!


my boyfriend goes there, can his parents sign? (i live with them anyways)

Fax them to your mom, get her to sign it, she sends it back, you're good to go, what's the problem?

if its a new school they won't know your dads signature so you can sign it yourself...just an idea i use to sign my mom's name for all my stuff when i was in high school
