What is your view on Supreme court stay Order on OBC Reservation on higher education.?

As Supreme court has passed stay order on the reservation of OBC on higher education institutions. I want to know the views of our readers on this issue.
Pls. give brief logical explanation.

I think it is OK as their current reservation is less than their percentage in the overall population.

Too much higher education is wasted on those who are intellegent by accident of birth.
