How do I stop US Dept of Education garnishment? |
I need to prove hardship. Any similar situations or any suggestions? You should seek legal counsel. The government tightened this loop hole up a few years ago. Guess the tax payer got tired of paying for everyone's education. Damn those tax payers!! |
