How does the case, Brown v Board of Education, relate to the 14th Ammendment? |
what parts of the 14 ammendment does the case apply to "...nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." The only part of the 14th Amendment that was violated by the practice of segregation was the Equal Protection Clause, the last clause of Section 1 of the amendment. |
