How does the two sides in politics feel about bilingual education for childern? |
How does the two sides in politics feel about bilingual education for childern? This is more of a state's right so it is more regional than political party feeling. Think about how the state of Maine thinks about this VS California and Texas. Not so much Republican or Democrat but rather how many people immigrant to your state and create this issue. I'm not sure what the "official" party stance is of this, but considering that our country is one of the few leading countries in the world that doesn't require a foreign language, we should. How else can we expect to compete in a global market? Honestly I have mixed feelings about it... I am getting used to hearing that MexraRican them people speak. Bilingual is fine by, but just teaching that pig Latin by itself is a bad idea. |
