Do you agree with the holding in Walker v. Elmore County Board of Education case?

She was only on a 1 year contract, her contract was up, and the board decided not to renew it. Her leave time would have started after the end of her contract, therefore she is not covered under FMLA.

I think if there is someway she can prove her contract wasn't renewed because of her pregnancy, she may have a better case. But I haven't heard what the boards reason was for not renewing her contract, so I can't really comment on it.
