Why not a ban be imposed on all professionals from government funded institute to leave Bharat for ten years?

Professionals taking education in government funded Institute leave country after completion of education. Is Bharat a breeding ground for foriegn professionals. Do they have the right to serve the foriegn countries on the cost of taxpayers' money

In a free market, that may not work out too well. Considering the issues in India which sometime look insermountable, its not fair to deny people a chance to choose. Still there are a sizable number of people who choose to stay back.

Question: Would you like it if this ban is imposed on your son, daughter or relative? What if you live in a foreign country and you just want to have him/her with you?

PS: Reverse brain drain is already happening :)

well, u must have forgot how much NRI amount flows into the nation just because thye work outside. and they dont go to foriegn countries on cost of the tax payers.... and all indians dont settle abroad, they live there for 10 yrs and come back start their own businesss or work for indian company with lot of exp. iandian cmpanies welcome ppl with foriegn exp. cos they bring the tech from there!!!!

if govt impose 10 yrs must service in india, iam sure foriegn companies will not take them, and ppl will be reduntant to leave the family behind and work else where. and so many other things.
