Ex friend living in england illegally?

she was born and raised in estonia, has an estonian passport and her parents are russian. she has been at boarding school here in england since she was 11 and is now 18. she has now stopped her education by quitting college and her parents have bought her a house localy. she can still call her house in estonia home but she is only there a few weeks of the year. i thought that unless someone gets a british passport they can only live here while in education? is she living here illegally and could be sent back? thanks, Jen

u say she wud need a certificate, would it be easy for her to get one and how would she get one?

see can get sent back but if she justs gets a certificate to stay then she is fine i no this cause my mom left/got taken away from me when i was six and got told to go to england and so she got a certificate so she can stay i havent seen her since though

mind your own business

yes she is.

If she's your EX friend, why is this any of your concern. It's her business. Besides, many countries eventually allow citizenship after a certain amount of years. If she lived in England since she was 11, went to school and even has a house there (regardless of who purchased it..bills are in her name too likely) it's likely that she's not doing anything incredibly illegal.

If you can't ask her directly, quit nosing around and mind your own personal matters!!

Estonia is a member of the EU therefore she is not in the UK illegally.
