Do most Americans discriminate against the foreign born US citizens?

My experience tells me that most Americans love to discrimenate. Is it national origin, color of the skin, height, weight, accent, education and so much more?
Why people? Is it lack of education or fear that someone else might be smarter or better?

That's a sad statement. From my experience, it appears to me that many people, anywhere, regardless of national origin, ethnicity, religion, etc have to find someone else to kick around or lord over or at least look better than. And yes, I would say it was lack of exposure or education, understanding or fear of differences. This is not an American trait - it's a human being trait.

No. No. No. The world loves to discriminate against Americans.

Pick what ever reason suits you. I don't think any other answer will do. You've already made up your mind from what I read of your posting.

Your use of the term "discriminate" is being portrayed as a negative. Discrimination means something other than what it is being used for and is not a negative term when used correctly. A discriminating eater is one who is careful and selective. It does not mean the eater is bad. Perhaps you mean stereotyping.

I don't think that most Americans are bad to people who are different. We do want people to conform to our laws, our language, and our customs. When that is not done, there can be friction. We could do a better job of welcoming and enjoying people who are different.

No, only the stupid and bigoted ones.

Unfortunately your moving in some very small circles if that's what your coming across. Using generalizations as you are is like saying all Canadians live in igloos. Do some people discriminate? Yes, unfortunately they do. Some of it is taught in childhood from bigoted parents, some of it is jealously over someones obvious gift. Some of it's insecurity. Even your comments are discriminatory against Americans....so as you can see we live in a world of biases.

I don't think its discrimination I think what most Americans feel is
that foreigners rather us born or other have better opportunities then we do as being americans, we feel that our government turns on us for them they give them everything they need to feel comfortable while we on the other hand can apply for the same things and get turned down ,but have our taxes rasied to help accomenate you all, as far as you being smarter or better we are not worried about that because if you were better or smarter you would'nt be here trying to be a citizen you would stay where you were at. to some it up no one adapts for us so why adapt for them.

no just the dam illegals . that is not true to my knowledge

NO.

And your an Azz for even mentioning it. I see much more bigotry toward Americans than we give out.
