Anyone tell me why people in jail have more rights than the average free man or woman? |
They get a free high school diplomas or college education. Free sex changes and other medical needs. Even free medicanes. They are just trying to make society better,by helping people in jail become better people. Makes you wonder why you are a good person in society, huh? Working to pay taxes for all this funding for criminals. They have all day to sit around, read lawbooks and consult with their court appointed lawyers. Then they can file multiple lawsuits about just about anything. One I read of dealt with an inmate whose "rights" were being violated when he was "forced" to eat creamy peanutbutter instead of crunchy. They don't have more rights. They have no freedom. There is no "free sex changes" anymore. As the system gets abused, the system modifies itself and fixes the problem. Everyone has the same basic civil rights and the same legal rights. Those in prison have theirs supervised. If you educate a man usually that man has options available that weren't open before so the person is less apt to recommit a crime. You can get a GED through many programs for free if you can't afford the cost of the tests. Classes to pass them are free at community colleges. |
