If the govt by hypocritical action does set dissent in a citizen doe it owe the citizen reform care protection

If the govt makes terrorists of us citizens by its failure to provide a consistant role model, should it be held accountable and ordered obligated to provide reformation and correction to oversee and manage a repaired repatriation and resources restored function education to the person? And in particular to healthy active former military service men?

The obligations of the state to the individual
are based on his citizenship, not his political
views.

If the individual has forsaken his citizenship,
then he's out of luck. If he has kept his
citizenship but gone screw-loose, then yes,
the state has the responsibility for protecting
society from him, him from society, and for
rehabilitation, etc.

Are you given health care?
Are you given rehabilitation for injuries? Are you given special
housing loans, and educational
grants? The answer to all three questions is yes, and you are also paid while you work in a job you chose at one point in your life. (Not like Security Filmer's or others that were put at risk and stuffed through the cracks purposely! )
