Religious view is the easy way to get support ordinary people. That is quiet sensitive and our politicians well informed about it. Lack of education make it further up. Parliament got its policies and procedures, tainted politicians will dictate such thing in their on benefit.

to answer your question, i don't see anything religious about this war. unless you're looking at it from the other point of view. they want us to convert to their religion or die. they also want to rule the world. they'd like to set up a world wide Islamic state, called the Caliphate.
