it depends on how it was written. there should be an age specified when she can start to get money from it. it doesn't have to be 18. ask the lawyer or whoever wrote it when she can use it.

No, the trust is probably set up with a clause forbidding any distributions until she turns 18 or 21. You'll have to get ahold of the executor and ask them what the conditions are for the trust.

even though your daughter has a trust fund. why will you make her get things for her self. because there will be a time where she will not go to you for things i would enjo while it last. my son has a trust fund but i am not going to force him to dip into it to get something for him self. it is a trust fund for a reason.
