How can an independant minor (17 yrs) reside in florida unattended?

Im currently living with my mother and step father in a foreign country. In order for me to graduate with the classes i need to, I have to go back to school in Florida. My mother owns a home there and we are trying to find a legal way for me to live there and go to school even though I'm 17 years old. I have a job waiting on me in Florida and have lived with different relatives and fended for myself before. A little desperate, homesick and worried about my education- please help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

You need a guardian authorized by a notorized family care plan, signed by both of your parents. This person is ultimately responsible for you in Florida and can be anyone your parents name. The only catch is that your parents must provide minimum support payments for your care to this person by law.

Legal Custodian. Someone of age, with creditability, no criminal offenses, and has the financial support to back you in case of any situations.
