Minorities on Death Row? |
Do you believe that lack of opportunity for education, housing, etc can cause a segment of our population to commit more crimes? Lack of opportunity does not make people commit crimes... if that were true, all poor people would be criminals... Lack of respect for humanity is what puts a person on death row. |
