Is it true that in Spain if you get ill, the best doctor availiable for your ailment regardless of pasentas?

I wonder if the Americas (and Mexico) should turn themselves over to France, Spain, and England because of the rampant favoritism and corruption. There are complete morons that don't know sh!ts from putty about their jobs, in positions (in USA)that put folks in danger, all because of this "kissass and backstab" your way to the top, wins everytime, directly besmirching our own education system. We in USA have turned "all men are created equal" into a propaganda sham, and if our ancestors were here for a day, do you think they would be enjoying the modern sights...no they would be dragging the scammers out of their big fancy houses and stringing them up with their own "Old Glory".

i am not sure about Spain specifically but all developed countries except for the US have some level of pubic health care.

Doctor, there's a patient that's out of bed after lights out.

My wife had her appendix taken out in Spain, they did a great job. You can't even see the scare now.
