African American PAC?

Hi, I am doing a project at school, and I had to make a political action committee, (minority group). I made the African American Political Action Committee. I need to know what issues we can do to help african americans in these topics:
1.)education
2.)Employment
3.)Crime
I need to know the issues and how we can fix them...... I also need to know what legislation that you would like to get passed for them.... This is just to jump start my homework..... Please help!

well its true that inner city schools are underfunded which leads to a subpar education....but the real problem is the community themselves...i mean bill cosby spoke on this last week on meet the press and how if an african american is studying the family says youre acting white...a negative statement....so lack of education leads to crime because they are so dumb they cant get a job. but there is one thing that is bad and that comes in the form of sentencing guidelines. Lets say a white guy has some cocaine and a black man has some crack well the black man is going to serve more time......mandatory minimum sentences....gotta love the war on drugs and our over crowded prisons...thank you nancy reagan!
