4th+ driving after revocation in Wisconsin--penalty? |
I've been trying to find out what the penalty for this is and can only find the penalties for drinking and driving---my ex is facing a jury trial for this(I'm hoping he goes away cause he's an abusive jerk)---can someone help me figure out how much jail time he will get? OAR-4th would be considered a habitual traffic offender. See below. Looks like max is up to $5,000 fine and 180 days jail. In my jurisdiction the 4th DUI is a felony... your looking at up to 3 years in prison. Habitual; bet on 90 days minimum |
