Question: Revoked license?

Hi, I had my license revoked for (10) years, because of DUI"s and driving on a revoked license! I havn't drank alcohol since 1/22/2001!! Recently,I had to drive(emergency) and a young man hit the side of my son's auto! I received a ticket for driving on a revoked license! My question is--- Does this add more time on my (10) years?? Please respond!! Attorneys or people, who have had this experience!! Ed

You probably have been driving on a revoked license all along, but only got caught now. Yes, the judge can extend your time. He can also find you a lot of money. If you get caught again you will likely go to jail.

it will add a 4yr loss of a lic on top of the 10yrs, because it is a criminal charge along with the DUI's you only have to have 3 criminals loose your lic and if your serving a 10 year loss of a lic its your 3rd + offense and you driving on a suspended lic while your already suspended you just earned your self another 4yrs if the court decides to give you guilty charge for driving on that sus lic no matter how long you have not had a drink, it is the about the criminal charge you just picked up,you will get a letter in the mail after you go to courts saying you will loose it for 4yrs

Probably. Doubt the judge will agree that you "had" to drive.
