Does a violation stay on a permanent record? |
I recently got caught having a beer in my hand and drinking while in a public park after dark. The cops drove in on us and I dropped the beer. The cops said I could've been accounted for 4 violations, but instead just made it the 1 violation, in park after dark. I am only 16 but have to go to court in about a month and I was wondering if I can pay a fine, and if its going to stay on my permanent record. even if it stays on your record, a in park after dark violation, will not under any circumstance, hinder you from anything. You're not the first person to be caught drinking under age. As for staying on your legal record it is a very minor offense, and usually these types of offenses that happen as a youth don't come back to haunt you. yes. every court violation stays on your permanent record. |
