My boyfriend of 2.5 years let me drive completely intoxicated underage?

what should i think? he is always preaching against drunk driving ever since my other roomate did it to his gf?

i was extremely gone, and he wasnt drinking, i am looking for serious answers not the bs that i have been getting, i live a few blocks away, what should i thinks about him?

No friend of any kind should let someone drive drunk. Did he even try to talk you out of it? If he would let you do something that could hurt you and others without even trying to stop you isn't worth continuing the relationship with. He must not think that highly of you, I'm sorry to say.

I wasn't giving you BS...if that guy wasn't even drinking and he let you drive, why would you even want to further the relationship with him??? Most people who are that drunk don't have sense to them. It makes it so much worse that he wasn't even drinking and had ALL so called sober sense. If you had a loaded gun pointed to your head would he let you shoot yourself also? A drunk person behind the wheel is like a loaded weapon. I'd dump the jerk and I would seriously look into why you drank too much.

he sounds like an asshole and does 2.5 mean 25? if so then i don't think you should be with him because that's at least a 5 year difference and most guys who date with an age gap tend to be assholes (not that i have anything wrong with the actual age difference just that that's usually the case)

don't you love how everybody puts down the same answer 'you're irresponcible' 'you're stupid'. that doesn't even answer your question

You both were in the wrong. I've been really drunk in my time, but never once was I convinced I could drive. No matter how drunk you get, you're still able to hold onto some conscious thinking. Be lucky you didn't kill yourself or anyone else and take it as a lesson. Make arrangements before you drink.

You should think that you're irresponsible. It's not his job to infuse you with a respect for your life (or far more importantly the lives of everyone else on the road).

Grow up and stop pawning off you're failures on other people.

stupid on both your parts. He shouldn't have let you because you could have killed yourself or someone else...........and you need to give soemone your keys if you are planning on drinking.........you shouldn't though since you are underage!

Both of you are extremely irresponsible.

Your boyfriend does not care about you and you are stupid. Sorry had to be honest.

grow up.
