What is the penalty for "contributing to a nuisance party" charge?

I guess I was arrested for not following the cops direction to leave my friends house and driving drunk, even after I told him I was staying to sober up, plus lived in another city. I was arrested w/o being read rights, or informed of a charge. I only found out after my lawyer bailed me out.

Ask your lawyer.
