If I'm trial for my 7th drunk driving conviction n the Judge ask how I plead n I do a somersault n say not>> |
guilty. Can he do anything to me? He'll lock you up just for the somersault I don't know how much it will help but I would get into a pro- gramme before I went before the Judge, showing that you realize you have a problem before the judge sentences you!Although how did you get by on the other 6, If you still have car give it up before you go before him also.....ASK FOR HELP!!! YOU NEED IT! IT'S A DISEASE! Hopefully this is a joke. If you have really been stopped for drunk driving 7 times, then you are also guilty of driving without a license and probably escaping from jail since that's where you'd still be. He'll say your flippin' insane!! LoL dunno ask him from behind the bars! you enter your plea of not guilty at the preliminary arraignment, not at trial,if you had pled guilty then there wouldnt be a trial. However you little sommersault stunt would save the judge the trouble of setting bond, since the contempt of court charge would likely keep you in jail till trial (probably in about 3 months ). I recall reading a story last week of a judge in Iowa (if I recall correctly) that on this person's 10th drunk driving conviction sent him to 10 years in jail. depends on the evidence? when they stopped you, did u fail the Breathalyzer test and whatever tests? if you did then.. what can I say. more like, what CAN you say? If you're guilty, you'll get a heavier penalty for trying to lie.. then again, the Breathalyzer test may be unreliable. Read more about it at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Breathalyze... yourself. nah i dnt think so but your usally sitting down |
