Penalties for Drunk Driving and Manslaughter? |
My best friend was killed last week..she was walking on the side of the road and a drunk driver plowed over her and hit her. The driver kept going. she could be in jail for 5 years or up to 30 or 40. i'm pretty sure it's involuntary manslaughter which is alot less bad even though she was drunk. 5-10 in prison. |
