If you take someone that drove drunk into a ditch, are you threatened by the law, even if you didn't know? |
I'm wondering, because my friend drove drunk into a culvert, trashed the culvert and his car, and I drove him to my house. Is this illegal on my part? Depends if you were the passenger in his car when he crashed, if so then you are apart of the accident and can be charged with leaving the scene. If you were not, then I don't think you can be charged with anything. But you still should call the authorities no matter what. leaving the scene of an accident; assuming they don't charge YOU with being at fault Don't think so. |
