Respondants address on a motion in divorce? |
my wife is a resident of our state and left last week to another state.Would her address of our home be the address on a motion or her current residing adress of the relative she is "visiting" You would need to file in the county & State that the marriage occurred (preferably) or you have been a legal resident of for over 1 year. You would need to advise the court of her last known address and her current (receiving mail at..) address (out of state address) for the process servers of the court to serve her properly with filed paperwork. Call your local courthouse. The law states you have to get divorced in the county/state where you got married. |

It's called emancipation. Or at least down here in the states it is. I really don't know Canada's laws, but check on them. Talk to a lawyer. The things is though once that child supp... |
