Is is discrimination to not hire A person in a wheel chair has bad attitude and thinks every1 discriminates? |
I'm working on research papers on identifying discrimination and need help Of course it's discrimination. Whenever I interview two candidates for a job, and I hire one and not the other, I am discriminating. The legal-ethical question here is whether it is unlawful or invidious discrimination. If the reason is the wheelchair, yes. If someone has a bad attitude, it's not discrimination to not hire them. If they're not hired because of the wheelchair, that's discrimination. |
