Should i report my job?is thiz discrimination? |
i got sick with an allergy n i went to the doctors n she told me i needed 4 or 5 days to stay home . so i call my manager n i tell her n she says that shell put me to work till friday aleast if not wenesday of next week .so i agreed....n i go pick up my chack in i find out i have the whole week off n they minus me eveerything that i owed from employee purchace n they had another girl already 2 me is like if they just fired me!!!,she told me that she didnt put me 2 work beacause 3 of the wrkers said that they didnt feel comfy working with me because they didnt wanna get sick..but in the past they done more stuff that i think is not fair at alll....so should i report them for ....! no and no. judging by your question i doubt it was because of your sniffles you were layed off. let me get this straight, you want to report them for two reasons..... on what basis did they discriminate? maybe unfair firing...? in the future, please use spell check... allergies are not contagious. i would talk to her. if she has fired you, go to the main owner and explain your situation. good luck. there is no time limit on posting a question, so in the future make some effort to proofread and correct your spelling... english please For one, I do not know how you got your job in the first place with the way you write/talk!!! Sure why not. |
