no and no. judging by your question i doubt it was because of your sniffles you were layed off.

let me get this straight, you want to report them for two reasons.....

1)they made you pay for your purchases...
2)they gave you the time off, that you requested...

do i understand properly?

on what basis did they discriminate? maybe unfair firing...? in the future, please use spell check...

allergies are not contagious. i would talk to her. if she has fired you, go to the main owner and explain your situation. good luck.

there is no time limit on posting a question, so in the future make some effort to proofread and correct your spelling...

90% of all employers are under 'employment at will' which means that you can leave without notice or reason and they can terminate you for the same. now if you are really concerned go ask the MANAGER, not some girl that heard from someone...

english please

n, shell, aleast, wenesday, chack, eveerything, 2, beacause, 3, wrkers, comfy, wanna,

None of those are english. I can't understand much of what you typed. But if they let you go for missing work, yes they can do that.

For one, I do not know how you got your job in the first place with the way you write/talk!!!

What is the discrimination? Nothing

To answer your question, NO!

Sure why not.
