What is the point to discrimination?

What is the point to discrimination?

Discrimination has no point and is illegal. Unfortunately when people think of discrimination they usually only think about White, Hispanic and Black and forget other things that cause discriminatory practices like gender, age and physical disabilities. Personally my biggest point on discrimination is that we spend so much time looking at color, gender, religion and other personal traits that our hiring practices are hindering the productivity of many companies. Many times the best qualified person will be of color or over 40 or perhaps a disabled veteran. Anyone in a hiring position, please start looking past physical traits and look at qualification and ability to do the job you need done.

To feel superior

To keep what you fear away from you.
