Can I receive severance pay and be on disability?

I recently went on materity leave and now there has been a cut in some positions at work and my position was eliminated. Can I receive disabilty and get severance?

Pregnancy is not disability. They can give you a severance package if they choose to do so. You can always file for unemployment benefits but that's not the same as disability.
