Dyslexia.... Is it a disability under the disability discrimination act(UK)?..part 2?

my boss gave this job to my friend who asked for his help as she was worried about her dyslexia. He just told her taht he couldnt baby her and that writing letters was part of the job and she shouldnt be there if she cant do the job.
We are supposed to have a system that has letter templates for us to use.
Is she being discriminated against due to her dyslexia? Is this against the law?

You can get disability benefits from Social Security, regardless what your employer has, if you are unable to hold a job for medical reasons. What is afdc?

I don't know for sure, but I would bet you cannot collect if you live outside the US. You cannot use medicare for example, if you live outside the US.
