Disability/Motability question?

Tomorrow I must take a CP50 form with regard to a Motability car in to The Dept of Works and Pensions Office, it I don't take it tomorrow it is going to cause problems with the car's delivery. This is the first time I will have had a car under this scheme. Problem is I am also due to be a day patient at a hospital tomorrow so would need to have this done by around 9.40 am. Does anyone know if it is just a matter of handing this to be stamped or is there an interview etc and is there any other documentation I require to take? The person in the car showroom says she knows I don't require an appointment at my DWP office but she thinks it is only myself that can hand this in. Can anyone advise? Thanks!

Presuming all your allowances etc. have been sorted out, all you will need to do is get it stamped and safe-dated by the DWP. I'm assuming you've been in discussions with them about this.

The CP50 confirms you agree for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to pay your mobility allowance directly to Motability. You should give the form back to your dealer when you collect your new car.
