Unemployment?? Can I receive unemployment if my job fires me because my short term disability time runs out?

I was in a motor vehicle accident and messed up by back. Now i am on restrictions and my job wont let me back till im 100%. So I only have a few weeks left for my short term disability to hold my job before they fire me. If i'm not able to go back will I be able to collect unemployment??

I don't know for sure, but I would bet you cannot collect if you live outside the US. You cannot use medicare for example, if you live outside the US.
