she ran up a $3000 bill on cell phone and it was in my name so i had to pay it , i havent seen a penny in a year any ideas?

Bruce, You might have a hard time with small claims. It would be easy for a judge to say that you let her/him use the phone. Did you turn the phone in as stolen?
