whats happens in court when you get a dui and your 17 and its a misdemeanor do i have to go to those classes and everything. i have court on thurday so well see what happens . it was in calitfornia . Depends a lot on what state you live in. You're probably not going to be able to drive for a very long time, and you might have to take classes/pay a fine. First of all it depends on the state law.
